- I-75 Corridor Tours

The Blue Caboose is owned and managed by the Lima-Allen County Convention & Visitors Bureau and staffed by nearly 30 volunteers. These Tourism Specialists give their time, enthusiasm, and knowledge to welcoming visitors to Lima and Allen County by providing local, state, and regional information and printed materials for inquisitive travelers. The Caboose is open seasonally from the end of May to Labor Day.

Legacy Five in Concert

Friday, February 4, 2011.

Location: Lima Baptist Temple, 982 Brower Rd., Lima.

WTGN Radio brings back one of America's favorite Southern Gospel singing groups for their 12th appearance in Lima.

Legacy Five took the stage in January of 2000, and their music ministry has been going strong ever since. Early on they won several awards, and in 2003, Legacy Five headed overseas to record an album with the London Philharmonic Orchestra. The recording "London" was nominated for Favorite Album of the Year, and it produced their first number one radio single titled "I Found Grace."

Tri-State Gun Show

February 5 & 6, 2011.
Held the first Saturday and Sunday from January - May and October - December.

A popular show for collectors. Guns, knives, hunting equipment and associated collectibles.

Lima Symphony - From Russia with Love

American Spiritual Ensemble

The American Spiritual Ensemble was founded by Dr. Everett McCorvey in 1995. Its members have sung in theaters and opera houses around the world, including the Metropolitan Opera, New York City Opera, Houston Grand Opera, and abroad in Italy, Germany, Britain, Scotland, Spain and Japan. The repertoire ranges from opera to spirituals to Broadway.

Honoring Our Native Heritage Powwow

Saturday & Sunday, February 19 & 20, 2011.
Grand Entry:
Saturday, 1:00 & 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, 1:00 p.m.
Location: UAW Hall, 1440 Bellefontaine Ave., Lima.

This is the 2nd annual Lima "Honoring Our Native Heritage Powwow."

Host Drums for the powwow are Sky Hawk and Blue Heron. Drums by invitation only.
Bud Eagle Wolf, Native American Flutist, performing Saturday and Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
Auction Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
All Dancers Welcome.
Announcer, Brian Darst; Head Lady, Angela Allen; Head Man, Tim Samaniego; Head Veteran, Martin Tall Horse; Arena Director, Aaron Stevens; Hoop Dancer, Peter Chiquito.
 Native American crafts, dancing, singing and food.
