Country Inn & Suites, Lima-President's Award 2011 Honoree!

Congratulations to the Country Inn & Suites of Lima for being awarded the President's Award for 2011! 
The criterea for earning this award are guest satisfaction, in compliance with all brand standards, higher than brand average problem resolution rate, lower problem incidence rate and a high score in process perspective on business performance report.
This president's award was earned both in 2008 and 2010, under the management of Katherine Burton. She has managed the hotel since April of 2008.
