Open by reservation only. Large, 40x80 renovated barn which accomodates 200 with a refrigerator and banquet tables and chairs and includes a display of antique machinery and tools, an 1800s cabin and smokehouse and the Lippincott Apple Orchard. Also available are horseshoe courts, volleyball, open play field, water and restroom facilities. Hayrides are offered in the autumn. A 2.5 mile Bridle Trail is now open to the public, daylight hours only. Parking and handicap accessible.
